Time Zone Converter - Convert Times Between Zones stores only the consent preference in localStorage unless future advertising or privacy-first measurement integrations are enabled.

Consent preference

The consent dialog stores the selected preference in localStorage under dumbappsConsent. Users can reopen cookie settings from the footer of the app.

Planned measurement and AdSense

Privacy-first usage and health measurement may be added later for quickbits.tools, and Google AdSense is planned. They are not active in this static app. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not part of the initial setup. Prepared ad placeholders do not load live ad scripts in normal page views. A CMP and updated provider disclosures are required before any consent-gated measurement, advertising, or Google tags are activated.
